As a long time Denverite, KieAnn has deep knowledge of the dynamic Denver metro market.  She is a consummate professional having completed over 250 transactions since entering the field in 2014.  She is a CPA and her accounting background provides a keen understanding of the relationship and financial strategies needed for successful and seamless transactions.  Recognizing each transaction is a series of relationships - KieAnn’s goal is to ensure that her clients “white glove” experience extends to all parties involved in every  transaction and treated professionally with clear communication. 

 

KieAnn’s client base is diverse, from the discriminating luxury client to the multi generational return client.  Her geographic expertise extends metro wide. The gratification of guiding her clients through one of the most important transactions in their lives to find their “perfect spot” never gets old.

 

Prior to real estate, she has been involved in a variety of civic ventures - as President of Denver Sports and brought marquee sporting events to Denver like the 2009 US Curling Olympic Trials,  2011 Big Air World Cup Snowboarding event and the 2012 Women’s Final Four.  She served on the boards of the Denver Chamber of Commerce Leadership Foundation, the Colorado Ballet and Junior League of Denver.  She currently sits on the board of the Landmark Towers and chairs the Finance Committee. 

 

KieAnn is a University of Colorado alumni.  And in her work hosting the 2009 Curling Olympic Trials, she found her true sport love.  Curling.  And she now curls in a weekly league and regularly introduces neophytes to the sport.
